my ex sister-in-law Linda from Arizona came by for a visit. Been 5 years since she has been here so things looked a little different, trees and landscaping all grown in.

Jill came down from Hollywood and spent the night as she had a film premier in San Diego Saturday..went out to dinner..

We went to Palm Springs and went on the tram up to San Jacinto Mountain. It was only 38 degrees up there and down in the desert it was 80! Kathy bought this pretty pink pullover and she let me the "shivering one" wear it!!!

My sister Joanne came out for a "brief" visit...as usual packed alot of events into a short time...4 days!!!

We spent the weekend in San Franciso and Vacaville. Saw some beautiful scenery and the highlight was the birthday party.

The rental car...I am not used to driving a vehicle that you fill with gas and drive 230 miles and still have a 1/2 of a tank of gas left...not bad for a "Chevy"..

We went to our "Aunt Onie's 90th birthday at the Hampton Inn in Vacaville. She looks great for "90"...It was wonderful seeing alot of relatives that we knew and some we have never met..Many beautiful things were shared about Onie and how proud her children were to have her for a Mom.

April 19, 2007, Lauryn and I did the "March for Babies" walk with our friend Hope Stoddard (neighbor and also my business partners daughter). Hope's daughter Skylar was born prematurely and weighed one and one half pounds at birth. The walk was in Carlsbad along the ocean, the weather was cool, the walk was two miles and it was great to be able to participate and get exercise too.

It was a gorgeous 90 plus degree Easter Day in Sunny California. We went to church and after Matt and Crissy came over and we had the traditional ham dinner with an exception of yummy shrimp shish kabobs made by Matt.

The Easter Bunny left Lauryn a really cool basket!!

My brother Jim and his wife Mary were in LasVegas last week and I went over there from Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning. As always had a nice time.

The Bellagio has the most beautiful indoor landscaping!!! ALMOST looked like Hawaii!

there was this really cool "50"s shop in this mall in the Planet Hollywood and they even had can cans!!! For you youngsters, that is something we wore under our skirts back in the late 50's...the bigger the cooler!!!
